This book comprises of nine sections; the First section is about Cardiology which is the favorite topic of examiners, which, includes classical findings and latest updated treatment of pericardial, myocardial and endocardial diseases. Second section is about Respiratory Disease, another frequently asked section, and has become very important due to recent advances in management of asthma and interstitial lung diseases.
