This book however is written in the view of the syllabus revision and restructuring. It is also in accordance with the INC (Indian Nursing Council) guidelines. The subject matter is presented under 26 chapters. Each chapter has the key terms preceding the unit. At the end of each chapter review questions are provided. This brings to the notice of the students the aspects they need to focus and it too acts as an evaluation tool for them. There are questions which are purely of information recall type; there are questions which need analytical thinking to answer and hence test true understanding.
