The first edition of this book was published in 2017 and was designed to present the basic essential steps of rhinoplasty. It is a great satisfaction for me to bring out the completely revised, updated, and enlarged second edition of this book. Considering the development in the field of rhinoplasty and important feedback from the students and the physicians across the country, many new topics, diagrams, and photographs have been added. A new chapter on “Preservation Rhinoplasty” has been added. This book will guide surgeons, in a systematic manner, about the preoperative assessment and surgical techniques of rhinoplasty. The techniques have been described with the help of schematic drawings and clinical photographs. The description of the relevant anatomy and surgical techniques in this book is sufficiently clear so that the reader will be able to apply them in his or her practice. I am sure this book will set a new standard of teaching of rhinoplasty among the ENT surgeons and plastic surgeons in the country. I sincerely hope that the second edition of this book will be widely accepted and appreciated by the rhinoplasty surgeons in India and abroad.
