This Competency-Based Logbook in Community Medicine has been developed with this perception that it will help all the stakeholders and facilitate the teaching learning process in productive way and a step forward towards achieving the goal of five star Indian medical graduate. Every effort in developing this logbook has been targeted to ease the fulfilment of NMC vision of competent medical graduates.
