Description
The book clearly outlines the basics of PCRs, history and the future is set to develop vis-à-vis this format as a diagnostic tool. The first five chapters are PCRs—technology, hardware, and consumables. A small chapter is provided to grasp the technique in a jiffy. The science that most histopathologists employ is IHC. But before one delves deep into the IHC protocols, one has to be perfect in histopathology techniques as this forms the basis of IHC itself. Both are lucidly presented in the last three chapters. Immunofluorescence (IF) and in situ hybridization (ISH) have also added as they too are components of molecular pathology.
