Urticaria has been one of the most common skin ailments of human beings and increasing in galloping rates in recent decades. Therapeutic approach in urticaria remains always difficult and challenging in spite of better understanding of its pathogenesis and clinical spectrum in present time. Therapy in urticaria advances everyday with newer drugs and regimens or guidelines but controversies always prevail.
